Anyone have any experience with the 16M, ATI, RAGE128, Dimension video card?
I keep getting multiple flashing across the top of the screen above the
instrument panel. Any help is appreciated.

Ouch, I don't think that card will handle FS2004.

Not FS9. In fact when I bought my Radian 9800 a whole new world of vision
opened up. I then installed FS9 and have been happy ever since.
